By registering for an event on the Tag Series International platform, teams & players agree to the following refund policies.
- In certain situations, Hosts may need to postpone the start of their events. This could be due to teams requiring additional time to finalize their rosters, scheduling conflicts at venues, or various other reasons.
Hosts retain the right to delay the commencement of an event and will strive to incorporate all scheduled games into the updated timetable. Please note that postponed start dates are not valid grounds for a refund. - Refunds will not be provided if a player relocates, has changes in their work schedule, or experiences any other personal circumstances unrelated to the event. Participation in sports, even at a recreational level, carries the risk of injury, hosts will not refund players' fees in the event of an injury.
- Hosts will make every effort to play all scheduled games during an event. If games must be postponed due to weather, facility issues, or other reasons, leagues will do their utmost to reschedule them.
In some instances, the game location may be adjusted to accommodate make up games. - Make up games will be organized in the most feasible manner, which may include, but is not limited to, additional games held on the same night or day, or games scheduled on a non-event night or day of the week.
Refunds will not be offered if a player is unable to attend the rescheduled game. - Due to the Tag Series platform processing payments exclusively for teams, individual player refunds will not be issued. Please consult your team manager for assistance.
- All refund requests for teams must be submitted via email to your event Host.
